Mike Schlegel was awarded the Lee Gladfelter Memorial Award at the 34th Biennial Pope & Young Club convention. This award recognizes a wildlife professional who, through their efforts, has made a significant contribution to bowhunting and wildlife conservation.

Getting Ready for Meadows Valley& other ITB news
We returned from a wonderful weekend of shooting with our Eagle Cap friends at the Rendezvous at the River (RATR) in the LaGrande, Oregon area along the Grand Ronde river. Quite a few Idaho folks made the trip from the southeastern part of the state to enjoy the beautiful scenery, camaraderie, and friendly competition of the archery community.

WSTR Trip Report

My husband, Bill, and I have returned from our 3 week journey to Petaluma, California where we participated in the 2025 Western States Traditional Rendezvous at the beautiful coastal ranch belonging to Steve and Marilyn Dutra. 2025 NWTAE RECAP
The second annual Northwest Traditional Archery Expo held on March 21-23, 2025, did not disappoint. Four states came together this year to put on the event; Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Nevada.
2025 Fallen Archers Recap
Over 70 archers registered for the shoot, and many renewed their memberships, including one new life member: Butch Olson, who commented, “I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner!” Thanks Butch!
