Dear Idaho Traditional Bowhunters, members, past, present & followers!
I’m writing to share the results of our 2026 elections, which were held on Thursday, January 8th, and to mark an exciting transition for our organization.
First and foremost, on behalf of the entire membership, I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our outgoing President, Janet Houlihan, for her years of dedication, leadership, and tireless hard work. Her commitment to the club has helped shape who we are today, and we are truly grateful for everything she has done for the organization and its members.
We are also pleased to announce the newly elected officers for 2026:
President: Shawn Carman
Vice President: John Warford
Treasurer: Luke Portieles
I am honored to step into the role of President and excited about this next chapter. We have a lot of great things planned, and I’m truly looking forward to working alongside our officers, and members to continue growing and strengthening this group. The future is bright, and this transition brings new energy, ideas, and opportunities for us all.
