There is something special about rolling up your sleeves and working alongside good people for a great cause. On Saturday, June 20th, volunteers will be gathering to help clean up and prepare the grounds for the Meadows Valley Traditional Rendezvous, and we would love to have you join us.
The cleanup will run from 9:00 AM to Noon, and the club will provide lunch afterward as a thank you to everyone who lends a hand.
This is more than just a workday, it is a chance to spend time outdoors, share stories, meet fellow traditional archers and supporters, and take pride in helping prepare the place where so many great memories have been made. Whether you can stay the whole time or just come out to help where you can, every helping hand makes a difference.
Bring your gloves, bring your smile, and come be part of the teamwork and camaraderie that makes this club so special.
