ITB Zoom Meeting May 9th @6:30pm (MST)

Hello ITB Members! Hopefully your turkey and bear seasons are going well, and you will have time to join us for our monthly Zoom meeting happening this coming Thursday, May 9, 6:30pm MST. You can share your success stories and join in the planning for Western States Traditional Rendezvous.  This event, happening in beautiful northern Idaho, promises to be an exceptional and fun gathering. The noted author and bowhunter Don Thomas will be with us on Saturday to share stories of his adventures around the world hunting dangerous game, supported by his wife’s beautiful photography.  You don’t want to miss that! He’ll also be giving a talk on Friday about bowhunting for spring turkeys as a warm up exercise for elk hunting in the fall. We are so grateful and honored to have them! You can pre-register for this event on our ITB website or register when you arrive at Moyie Springs, Idaho. We will be having a Bowhunter Challenge course set up with stakes and shooting positions which will stress your flexibility and accuracy. The award for best shooter is a beautifully hand crafted presentation arrow by Jack Wassard. Selkirk North is making comfy tri-blend, high quality T-shirts with the WSTR logo, as well as ceramic coffee mugs with the WSTR logo.  The logo was designed by our own professional graphic artist, Shawn Carman. Be sure to get one of each!

The weekend promises to be busy with plenty of shooting time, socializing and fun activities for the whole family.

See you there!!

Shoot straight!  Janet Houlihan

Idaho Traditional Bowhunters (ITB) was founded in 1988 by John Turner and friends. ITB’s envisioned the need to promote traditional bowhunting, and raise awareness of the growing number of Idaho hunters who choose to hunt with traditional equipment. ITB has helped promote and develop some of the best state bowhunting regulations in the U.S. We hope to begin chasing a traditional only season
